There are 4 translation possible. -The first thing that came to my mind was « je suis furieux contre toi » or « Je suis furieuse contre toi » and this is a strong feeling, the person made something you really didn't like. -It can be a little softer and you can say « je suis en colère contre toi » but it's still strong, something went really wrong. -So you have something even softer which is « je suis faché(e) contre toi ». so you can you use and hear those expressions with « contre toi » but also without it like for example : « je suis faché(e) parce qu'encore une fois tu n'as pas fait la vaisselle » that means « i'm mad at you because one more time you've not washed the dishes ». -and the last translation is « je t'en veux » or « je vous en veux » depends on who you talk to, it's the same with the expressions before by the way and this is the softest way because you don't use any emotional word like colère, furieux, furieuse or faché(e)... and you continue your sentence like « je t'en veux de ne pas m'avoir dit où tu allais » which means  « I'm mad at you that you didn't tell me where you were going. » You can also reverse the expression and say «I thought that you were mad at me because you didn't tell a word during all the morning » that you translate « Je pensais que tu m'en voulais parce que tu n'as rien dit de la matinée. » So to sum up you can say « je t'en veux de..., je suis faché, je suis en colère ou je suis furieux contre toi ou contre vous ! »
