Vocabulary
¿Cómo estás? - How are you?
¿Qué tal? / ¿Cómo te va? - How are you doing?

This is an extra tip: sometimes in Spanish we can use more than one greeting at the same time, for example: ¿Qué tal? ¿Cómo va todo? / ¿Cómo estás? ¿Todo bien?
