Oralmente, puedes omitir la palabra « ne » y decir « je vais PAS très bien » pero SIEMPRE estara la palabra « PAS » como en « je me sens PAS très bien » « no me siento muy bien » y ahi omiti la palabra « ne », porque solemos acortar mucho las frases por eso desaparece la palabra « ne ». Bueno, cuando lo escribes, generalemente « ne y pas » van juntos, solo puedes omitir la palabra « ne » si escribes a un familiar, un amigo... Se que eso puede resultar dificil para los hispanofonos porque solo se usa el « no » y ahi la palabra « ne » es la mas cercana al no y aqui la podemos quitar.
