This lesson contains some useful, basic phrases in Haitian Creole. While their spellings may look different from standard French, upon hearing them you can more easily identify the similarities.
One important thing to notice is how the subject pronouns change between the languages. Je (I) becomes mwen and tu and vous (you) become ou.
